Hi henry, What we did is we translate the APQP Requirement in our procedure. We determine when is APQP required in our organization. Then we established the APQP Team, which normally composed of any representative (mostly engineers or supervisors – it depends on any organization) from Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Research and Development, Supply Chain Management, Production and customers as appropriate. APQP Team normally headed by an APQP Project Team Leader (This is what we call in our organization – it will depend on your organization). Part of his responsibility is to schedule and facilitates meeting and will track the APQP Timing (A Gantt Chart) Raffy.
